UMAC's Technical Analysts all are engineers in various disciplines who take care of customers each RFQ and subsequent interaction with respective manufacturers for the produced desired by the customer. Our teams of engineers always have joint discussion if required for the RFQs before responding to the customer or its concerned product manufacturer to make clarity of the requirement. Hence the delay in processing of our techno-commercial offer can be minimized and customer can speed up their procurement formalities too.

Quality

UMAC believes its develop by way of providing brand new factory certified product supplied to the customer. We do follow the specific instruction of the customer to do the necessary inspection method and adequate documentation before proceeding to the shipments. UMAC always extend its guarantee against any manufacturing defect of the product supplied by us and we do cross verify the specification, part number, etc well before the packing.

Logistics

UMAC's well experienced logistic department is capable of handling various method of shipment as per the commodity and its standards. Our team is aware of all kinds of material handling formalities, like hazarded goods, sophisticated instruments, micro minute electronic components, etc with careful handling technique. Our international networking system with reputed shipping agencies would give on time performance in the shipments. We do take care of all shipping documentation as per customer's instruction and forward to the concerned departments before reaching the shipment at their destination.
